Eco Trail Paris 24-Mar-2012 |

I took part in this event in 2011. It is a very well organised, very friendly event. It also is very good value for money. The event route is mainly on trails & is very well marked. The checkpoints are well stocked & finishing at the Eiffel Tower is great. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back to take on this event again. Visit Site >>> |

Over the years I have often been asked to provide nutritional advice. Several of my athletes have used the services of fitnaturally & have been pleased with the service offered, advice given & the results achieved, be that improved performance, weight management or a switch to a healthier diet. As a result of this feedback I am pleased to provide this link. Fit naturally is run by Sally. If you need or are interested in nutritional advice please visit fit naturally¹s site or drop Sally an email at: fitnaturally@me.com Visit Site >>> |

Mule Bar (www.mulebar.com) are recommended here because they are a great product ( Winner – Best Sports Product – Natural Lifestyle Awards 2010, Winner- Best New Sport Nutrition product – Natural & Organic Awards 2010, Best Energy Bar – Cycling Plus 2010 Nutrition Awards,10/10 Highly Recommended – Cycling Weekly) but also because they actively support events including TransPyr.
