Headquarters:

The Clubs registered address is 12 Accentors Close, Alton, Hampshire GU34 2LH.

Object:

The object of the Club is to promote participation in endurance and multi- sport activities, including: duathlon; cycling; running and triathlon.

Management:

The Club is managed by the directors of gearsandtears.com Ltd.

Membership:

Membership of the Club is confined to Amateurs as defined by UK athletics in their Rules for Competition Handbook.

Membership of the Club can be sought via our web site or in writing on a membership application form. The management of the Club reserve the right to refuse applications from any person deemed unsuitable.

Resignation:

Any member wishing to withdraw from the Club shall give notice in writing (or via email) to the Management. Membership will cease upon receipt of this notice unless they are financially indebted to the Club, in which case the Management may withhold acceptance of this resignation until this liability has been discharged. A member not having tendered their resignation prior to the commencement of the Clubs financial year (1st January) shall be liable for the ensuing years subscriptions.

Subscription:

The annual subscription of the Club is payable on application and subsequently on the 1st of January each year.

The Management shall have power to expel any member whose subscription is twelve months or more in arrears provided one months notice has been given in writing (or by email) to such member of the Managements' proposed action.
